At Signochrome, each item is made to order just for you. As a print-on-demand business, we do not hold inventory or stock items in advance. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for any reason other than items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
